The requiem, if you look at the entire piece, is arranged to be played as a Catholic mass. This is the English text of the Requiem, Mvt 3, Part 6, the Lacrimosa: Tearful that day, on which will rise from ashes guilty man for judgment. So have mercy, O Lord, on this man. Could people please i beg of you please stop ruining this song with your petty discussions about a creature that lives in your head. whether you believe in him or not you should leave him well away from this beautiful song and many others. i believe mozart worked really fucking hard to create this song and i will not have this song ruined with the likes of you simple minded fools and your petty little biblical stories.
