Verhaert is selected as platform manager for the next 'Innovatief Aanbesteden' project 'E-Bike Sharing'

On May 3rd, the kick-off meeting for the next 'Innovatief Aanbesteden' project has taken place in Gent. The project is called 'E-Bike Sharing' and the intention of this project is providing the public with a users friendly and ergonomic system for lending electric bikes that are shared among the city public.

A while ago, VERHAERT developed the Coco-Cola POP Cooler: a suprising new retail concept where cold bottles are being delivered 'just-in-time' in a spectacular way through a tubing transport system, ending in a compact unit next to the

checkout.

The first prototypes were tested successfully in Kortrijk (BE), and later on in Kopenhagen (DK).
